I imagine the first issue is solved in AutoCAD, since it's sort of their baby (along with Fusion). Right now, the only option is a full reinstallation of your operating system. It's super messed up, and should be removable once all Autodesk software is removed from your PC. Any software that I can't uninstall from the control panel is already a no go for me, and then beyond that, deleting the files in one place causes duplicates of those files elsewhere to recreate the ones you just deleted. I've had viruses on my computer that I had an easier time removing. The Autodesk Genuine Service is also insanely sketchy. There are just a few things about Autodesk that I'm specifically not a fan of, like how their programs are all missing things from each other.Sometimes Maya would have features that Max wouldn't get for nearly 6 years, and then Max would have had something for nearly 20 years, and Maya is STILL waiting on it, despite the button being the same in both (proper angled beveling).
